Ten Best Practices for USAR Chaplain Candidates
Chaplain Candidate Practicums: Applications for FY26 Practicums are being accepted until 31 January 2026. The FY26 CC Practicum Memorandum of Instruction (MOI) was emailed to all Chaplain Candidates. If you did not receive the MOI, you may request by email at usarmy.pentagon.hqda-occh.mbx.usar-ch-candidate-manager@army.mil.
Resolving Issues: Chaplain Candidates should always seek to resolve personnel issues at the lowest level possible (Unit, Supervisory Chaplain, BDE Chaplain, MSC Chaplain, Readiness Division). For personnel actions to include Resignation, Branch Transfer, Loss of Endorsement, and Practicums, contact DACH-RCI (usarmy.pentagon.hqda-occh.mbx.usar-ch-candidate-manager@army.mil).
