Mission

Subject Matter Experts (SME's) increase the readiness and capability of the Chaplain Corps by means of task and lesson plan development, facilitation of adult learning, and consultation and advisement for leaders.  The SME's develop, mentor, coach, and train others, increase the skills, knowledge, and competencies of students, and advise the leadership of the Chaplain Corps in their area of specialty.  SME's obtain knowledge and skill in the following functional areas: homeletics, family life, ethics, and world religions.
